ORDER PROCESSING

SHIPPING

Our items are shipped using the United States Postal Service ( USPS ). WRONG ADDRESSES

VIRTUAL THERAPIES

Virtual therapies will not be refunded under any circumstances. The father, mother or guardian must inform, with reasonable advance notice, the need to postpone and reschedule a session. There will be no refund of money, but it can be scheduled for another date. If on the date of the session, there has been no notification about the need to cancel, it will be considered a service provided and there will not be a replacement of said session. At the beginning of the session, if the client arrives late, they will have the rest of the agreed time to enjoy the session, that is, the session time will be counted from the agreed time and not from the time in which the client joined. the session. If after waiting fifteen minutes, the professional does not receive responses from the adult in charge, he or she will terminate the session and will not be subject to a refund or a new session for the value of the lost session, as it will have been a service provided.

PRICES AND MODIFICATIONS
