Social networks are an important aspect of life today, both for young people and adults. However, it is important to know what they are exposed to, benefits, dangers, legislation and know that excessive use can have repercussions on the adolescent's self-esteem and development .
This package of activities aims to be a support and guide tool for the educator. It addresses the issue of the effects that social networks have on self-esteem, specifically in adolescents aged 13-18, although it is not limited to this range. old.
